The Ausnet Real Estate Group was founded by Murray Joseph in 1997. It is a unique group made up entirely of high profile independent real estate agents in Western Australia. Currently the Group has 28 affiliated offices. The Group provides its members with bulk buying opportunities as well as catering for their sales and management training, specialist conferences, events, industry awards and seminars.

The Groups strength in WA is noted by its spectacular success in taking out the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia's award as its Top Listing and Selling Real Estate Network for five of the past seven years. A truly outstanding result given the group is only in its 9th year of operation.

As the Group continues to go from strength to strength, further expertise has been brought into the management team to assist its members.

Mortgage Solutions Australia

In January 2001 Ausnet Real Estate Services created Mortgage Solutions Australia. It has since grown into one of WA' most prominent mortgage Origination Company's. In the last financial year its team of 7 mobile lending consultants wrote almost $250 million worth of home loans, and was acknowledged as the Top Mobile Lending Team in Western Australia (with 5 or more mobile lending consultants) by the Professional Lenders Association Network of Australia. The business is superbly led by Director Colin Lamb and Licensee Lisa Corlett.

Mortgage Solutions Australia opened offices in Albany and Bunbury in May 2007 and is on its way to becoming a truly national mortgage originator.

Landmark Settlements (Australia)

In July 2002 Ausnet Real Estate Services created Landmark Settlements (Australia). After a slow start, it has had amazing success. So much so that in the last financial year Landmark settled almost 2000 properties, which is a staggering result for such a young business. There are 6 Conveyancers on the team, which is led by Director Russell Fellows and Licensee Kathryn McKenna.
