|AUSNET REAL ESTATE GROUP CELEBRATES ANNUAL AWARDS NIGHT
Members of AUSNET, which is the largest selling group of independent agents in Western, celebrated the success of the group during the last financial year at their annual awards night.
The annual awards night was held at the Red Herring restaurant in Fremantle with more than 250 people in attendance.
Each year there is intense competition for these annual awards from the more than 30 real estate companies that are members of AUSNET.
Regional offices featured strongly in the listings awards with Julian Orzel from Wellington & Reeves Albany winning the award for Top Individual while Ryan Crawford from Pilbara based Crawford Realty won the award for Top Principal – Unassisted. The Challenge Trophy award for listings was also taken out by Crawford Realty.
The Top Office Award for listings went to Harber Real Estate and Steve Harber also won the award for Top Principal – Assisted. The Top Team award was won by Team Spicy, Porter Matthews Metro.
In the sales awards category, the award for Top Office went to Harber Real Estate. The Top Sales Individual award was won by David Rowe from Crawford Realty while the Top Team was Michael Keil from Porter Matthews, Victoria Park.
Steve Harber from Harber Real Estate won the award for Top Principal (Assisted) while Ryan Crawford took out the award for Top Principal (Unassisted). The Challenge Trophy for sales was won by Glen O’Brien Real Estate.
The hard work of property managers were also recognized at the AUSENT annual awards with Rentwest winning Top Property Management Office and Amy Chester winning Top Property Manager.
Administrative staff also received a number of awards with Chris Holland from Brendan Leahy Real Estate winning the Top Personal Assistant Award, Whitley Gilbert from Crawford Realty winning the Top Receptionist Award while Jean Mantova from Porter Matthews, Victoria Park win the award for Top Administrator
