 Alan Hancock – Non Executive Chairman
Alan Hancock has gained wide commercial experience in the Finance, Banking, Human Resources, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Agricultural, Packaging and Property Development Industries throughout his 45 year career in Public and Private enterprise. His involvement has included Shareholder, Director, Chief Executive and Consulting Roles in the various sectors both within Australia and Overseas. Currently he holds the position of Managing Partner and is a major shareholder of Benson Chase Pty Ltd, a Venture Management Group operating across a wide range of industries. 

 Jonathan Adams - Non Executive Deputy Chairman
Jonathan Adams commenced in real estate in 1987 as co-owner of Mair & Co, North Perth, a new office that quickly grew to a staff of 12. In 1990, he acquired DM Bourke & Associates, changing the name to Woodville Property in 1992. Since then, Woodville has grown into one of the leading inner city agencies. In 2004, Jon sold his interest in Woodville Property and is now a consultant in the real estate industry.

 Robin Lees - Non Executive Director
Robin Lees' background has been in banking, stockbroking and in local building society executive management. In 1989 he opened a First National office in Victoria Park. Shortly after he joined forces with Ray Grogan and traded as Park First National. In 1989, he bought the business of Porter Matthews Belmont, in conjunction with joint Principal, Wayne Wickham and formed an alliance with Porter Matthews Commercial, creating 'The Porter Matthews Group of Independent Real Estate Agents'.

 Graeme Hosking - Non Executive Director
Graeme Hosking entered the real estate industry in 1982 and in 1986 purchased the franchise business of Roy Weston Armadale. In 1996, after a 7 year 'tour of duty' in Karratha as manager/licensee of Ockerby Real Estate and Ray White Karratha, he and his family relocated back to Perth. He fulfilled a 2 year period with Ray White Corporate as Business Development Associate, responsible for sales training, business development and office recruitment. In 1999, Graeme and his wife Jane purchased a small, independent real estate agency in Lesmurdie and currently trade as Capital Residential Estate Agents in the Hills area.

 Wayne Walker - Non Executive Director
Wayne Walker entered the real estate industry after a long and successful career operating his own mining tenement business. In 1997, he joined a local agency in Kalgoorlie specialising in commercial and industrial property management prior to branching out on his own in 2002 to create Goldfields Realty. Just four years later Goldfields Realty was the number one estate agency in Kalgoorlie and is a regular winner of listing and sales awards at the Ausnet quarterly and annual awards functions.
